-What do I do if I received a damaged or wrong item?

If you received a damaged or defective item or the wrong item was sent to you, please chat with us right away so we can make it right. For faster service, please have your invoice or order confirmation available and chat with us below!

-I am missing an item from my order

We apologize that you are missing an item from your order and would like to make it right for you!

Please check your invoice to ensure the missing item is shown to be included as some orders can be fulfilled in multiple shipments or the item may have been on a back order when the order was placed. If the item you are missing is on the invoice please contact us.

-My Order Is Late

We ask that you allow 6 business days after your expected delivery date for delivery in order to avoid receiving duplicate orders as some packages become delayed while in transit. If you have not received or are unable to locate your package after 6 business days, please chat with us at info@senpaidream.com.

We also recommend checking for a “Delivery Attempted” notification left by the carrier; they may be attempting to reach you to deliver your package.

Note: Funds will be held for your entire order and billed as each item is shipped. In most cases, your order is prepared for shipment immediately and cannot be changed or canceled. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.



-My order is showing as delivered, but I didn't receive it

We're here to help!

  • Carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still "Out For Delivery" that day. Please allow more time for delivery.
  • Check for a “Delivery Attempted” notification left by the carrier; they may be attempting to reach you to deliver your package.
  • Look around for your package; some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street.
  • Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf.

If you still have not received or are unable to locate your package by the 2nd business day after it has been marked delivered or have additional questions, please contact us your local mail station.
